The process listed on the school website’s Admissions page: submit an inquiry to schedule a campus visit, submit the application in the RenWeb/FACTS system, have the school review it and email to schedule an entrance test, take the entrance test, submit grades and conduct and attendance records from the previous school, and interview with the Director as a student together with the parents. The school website states that a student’s test results must be within one grade level above or below the student’s current grade to be eligible for admission. The school website gives no application opening or closing dates for a specific school year; admission is rolling.

The main entry points at a K-12 school are kindergarten, grade 6 and grade 9; seats in other grades open only when a family leaves. Plan on a 12-month runway: visit in the fall, submit materials and test in the winter, and receive decisions in the spring. A registration and materials package is charged on top: $1,275 for preschool, $1,500 for grades 1-5, $1,600 for grades 6-8 and $1,625 for grades 9-12, which covers a $350 registration fee, a $550-750 materials fee, a $25 entrance test fee for new students, $125 in PTO dues, a $125 safety fee and a $25 earthquake emergency kit, among other items (school website, Tuition and Fees page). Three payment options: pay in full in June for a 5% discount; pay in two installments on June 1 and November 1 for a 3% discount; or pay in 10 installments from June through the following March. Extended after-school care is $250 per month or $20 per hour. International tuition is not listed on the school website.
