Fairmont Anaheim Hills (Fairmont Schools – Anaheim Hills Campus) is an independent, non-sectarian K-8 private school in Anaheim, California, serving grades K-8, founded in 1979, with about 552 students. The school publishes the following application details. The How to apply page on the school website gives seven steps: (1) submit an inquiry form, and the admissions office will reach out to schedule an interview and campus visit; (2) tour the campus and meet the admissions team; (3) the director of admissions sends the online application; (4) the student completes an on-campus assessment and the family submits transcripts, with letters of recommendation required at some grade levels and an English proficiency test additionally required of international students; (5) the admissions committee reviews the file; (6) after the acceptance letter arrives, the family signs and returns the enrollment contract to hold the place; (7) on the first day of school the admissions team walks the student to class and arranges a buddy. The director of admissions is Jennie Han. The school website publishes no fixed application deadline and admits on a rolling basis.

The main entry points at a K-8 school are kindergarten and grade 6. Younger applicants are usually evaluated through an on-campus visit, while most applicants above grade 5 need an ISEE score. Start in the fall of the year before entry: visit first to confirm the school is a fit, then decide whether to register for testing.

Tuition and fees

Preschool is priced by days attended: three days half-day $13,725, three days full-day $15,025, five days half-day $17,276, five days full-day $19,400, and Pre-K five days full-day $20,467. There are three payment options: payment in full by July 1, 2026, which is the lowest rate; 70% on July 1 and 30% on December 1 ($26,775 for JK-5 and $31,075 for 6-8); or 10 automatic bank debits from August 1, 2026 through May 1, 2027 ($26,900 for JK-5 and $31,200 for 6-8). Note that tuition differs across the four Fairmont campuses, and this page applies only to the Anaheim Hills campus.

An enrollment deposit of $1,750; a new student application and assessment fee of $150; a registration fee of $500; and $500 off for each additional child (school website, Anaheim Hills Tuition fees page). International students have a separate schedule: $37,500 for JK through grade 5 and $46,500 for grades 6-8, plus a $500 registration fee, a $1,650 new student orientation fee and $3,600 for student health insurance, with uniforms billed separately (school website, Anaheim Hills International admissions page). Uniforms from Land’s End, extended care, lunch and language support classes are charged separately.

Financial aid: Need is assessed through FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition); applications open March 1 each year and awards are made on a rolling basis, with a nonrefundable $53 application fee.
