How is membership different from signing up for a single program?
The Human Skills programs are open to members only and are not sold individually. Within one school year, a member can join activities across the communication, entrepreneurship, leadership, and fitness tracks, all on a rolling schedule. Membership comes in two terms: fall, or the full year.

The growth report can serve as source material for the activities list, and the high school record points toward a Congressional Award application. A University of California application asks for an activities list and personal insight essays, and a record kept over several years is easier to write about than scattered participation.
